Videonystagmography (VNG) Testing

The VNG is a test of the inner ear and portions of the brain. During the two-part test, a patient’s ear movements are recorded while they lie in different positions. The inner ears are stimulated with warm and cool air to measure their response.  The VNG can help determine the cause of your dizziness or balance problem.
